Order Confirmation
Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive email confirmation listing:
- The items or service or fee you have purchased or paid for.
- The amount your credit card has been charged.
- Your order number (which will be used in any necessary correspondence)
Delivery Process
If you have purchased a product, and presuming the product is in stock we will deliver your order within 10 days.
Returns/Refund Policy
If payment is made for membership fees, conference registration fees or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) fees any refunds will be made in terms of the policies in place at the relevant time by ADONZ.
All requests for refunds should be in writing and directed to the ADONZ secretary who can be found under the “Contacts” section of this site. Please state the reasons for the refund request.
Privacy
When you place an order with ADONZ on line we collect your personnel details. With your permission we use your email address to send you information on new products and or services we may develop. This information is used solely by ADONZ and will not be sold to, or shared with, any third party. If you would like to change or remove your details from our mail list please contact us.
Security
All Credit card transactions are processed immediately with the NAME OF BANK. The card details you enter are safe because it is not stored or cached by the merchant - but entered directly into the banking system. You will receive an instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline before being returned to this merchant web site.
